OUR FIVE-STEP PROCESS
Step 1
The Initial Consultation
During this step, our team will analyze the space in question, take measurements, and discuss your storage needs with you. It typically takes about an hour and will cost you absolutely nothing.
Step 2
Design
Typically, when a designer or contractor takes measurements of something, models aren’t ready for viewing for a few weeks. But since Clozetivity of Chattanooga uses AI in our designs, we can generate between four and six models for your viewing pleasure in just a few minutes! You may make any changes you’d like. Once everything is in order, we will give you an instant price estimate. You’ll be shocked by how affordable your custom space organization will be!
Step 3
Ordering
We will send your price estimate via email or text. Once you receive it, you will put down your deposit. Once we place the order, all the materials usually arrive within five to seven weeks. Every facet of your organization system is made in North America using quality materials. When everything arrives, we will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date and time.
Step 4
Preparation
You can prepare the space yourself or have us do it. If you choose to do it yourself, everything should be removed from the old closet space, including shelving and rods. Be sure to paint one or two days before installation so the paint has time to dry. Also, make sure to repair any nail holes or other damage.
Step 5
Installation
One closet space typically takes one day to install, but your timeframe may vary based on how many and what types of spaces you’re having us customize and organize. Whether you’re having us install our system in a single closet or the pantry, garage, laundry room, and every closet in the house, we’ll take care of everything – from setup to unloading and final cleanup. We will be sure to leave your property in the same condition we found it.
